Do you have P.O.M? P.O.M is “Peace of Mind”. Having someone watch over your home when you are not there.

Any time I have gone away there are two top priorities in my mind.

1. Do I have someone dependable to watch my Kitties.

2. Who will watch over my home, while I’m gone.

I understand that without these two questions being answered, I cannot have a Restful Vacation.

This is why we've created Luther Forest Properties "Snowbird Property Management."

For those of you who know me, you know that I have been in my profession for over 20 years and have an impeccable record of service to my clients. For those of you who don’t, I plan on earning that respect from you.

My Services will include:

1. Weekly visits to your home to be certain all is in order

2. Coordinating service visits

3. Meeting service people at your home; if necessary.

I have compiled a reliable network of service vendors in my 23 years in real estate who I feel comfortable in calling and getting quality/quick service.

However, if you have your own folks, you can leave me with their contact numbers and I will take care of it for you.

“P.O.M”, what better way to leave. Like the Old Saying Goes, “You’re in Good Hands with Allstate”, in this case, “You’re in Good Hands with Luther Forest Property Management”. I will personally look after your home as if it were my own.

My past affiliations over the past 20 years have been with Realty USA, Coldwell Banker Prime and Keller Williams Realty of Saratoga.
